Explanation: object of these works: replacement of the home automation system in our 2 service flats; The pearl and the bridge in the Rosenkransweg in Zonhovenhet the current home automation system already shows defects here and there. There are no longer available replacement components for the current system. To prevent us from getting into trouble in certain flats, we issue this assignment. To spread the costs, this assignment has been split into 3 parts for the coming 2 years.de split is as follows: - ground floor in both buildings (21 flats) - 2023- First floor in both buildings (25 flats) - 2023- Second floor in both buildings (25 flats) - 2024 delivery site: municipality of Zonhoven, Rozenkransweg 21 (De Brug ) and 25 (De Parel)
