- This procedure concerns the conclusion of a public works contract for the replacement and installation of network and electrical cabling in the building located at Boulevard Reyers 80, 1030 Brussels. These interventions are part of the change of use of the office building as collective equipment, with a view to accommodating the IHECS (Institut des Hautes Études des Communications Sociales) for the 2026 academic year. The work must be carried out within the schedule set out in appendix 2 which corresponds to the planning for the partitioning of the premises. The work must last a maximum of 12 calendar weeks.
