In order to continue the realization of the medico -infrastructure plan of the Baudour site, the Epicura hospital center plans to replace the chassis of the care unit located on the 3rd floor of block A. This unit will be reconditioned, within the framework of separate market, with a view to installing a revalidation unit there. Place of execution: Epicura Hospital Center A.S.B.L., rue Louis Caty, 136 to 7331 Baudour The market is divided into two lots as follows: Lot 1: replacement of chassis The works include the following positions: • Demolitions • Installation of new chassis and Cowling Exterior • Placement of exterior blinds (excluding electric power supplies and excluding connections to the weather station subject to a separate market) Lot 2: Application and electricity work This lot includes the completion and electricity work directly related to replacement of chassis: • window shelves and lintels, lintel dressing • control of blinds, wiring and enslavements
