Description:
The subject of this tender is 'replacing the exterior carpentry of building A, floors +0 and +1. The works involve the replacement of all existing window profiles with powder-coated aluminum window profiles with thermal break, equipped with high-efficiency glass, sun blinds and invisible ventilation grilles at the top. To accommodate the original appearance of the existing window profiles, the project focused as much as possible on limiting the visual changes to the building through the new joinery. At the same time, an attempt was made to preserve the architectural appearance of the building as a whole as much as possible. The windows on the upper floors have already been replaced in the past. It's meant to be that the exterior carpentry included in this assignment is as close as possible in color and layout to the exterior carpentry on the upper floors. During the site visit, the tenderer will have the opportunity to examine the existing and to extensively study preserved exterior carpentry. The first floor currently houses a number of services that can only be closed briefly during the execution of the works.
