These stakes are essentially made at the initiative of the 15 fishing federations of a hydrographic sub-basin which were approved in application of the aforementioned decree and the decree of the Walloon Government of September 10, 2015 relating to the regime of approval of the approval of the approval of the approval of Fishing federations (a federation approved by sub-basin).
