- This contract is a works contract which includes the execution of the following works (general description of the work to be carried out): Repair of the roof of the CERFONTAINE school and municipal administration. The work described above is not not exhaustive. The details of the work are included in the technical clauses and the summary measurement annexed to the special specifications. It is expressly stipulated that the contractor must carry out the work according to the rules of the art. The places execution are defined as follows (see also plans and measurements): Place de l-Eglise, nĀ°5 at 5630 CERFONTAINE CPV code: 45261212-3 - Slate roofing work. Market number: 68400 (C2024/108) All materials to be used in the present contract are new and are to be supplied by the contractor, unless the special specifications specify otherwise.
