Description:
Within the framework of the policy of development of rainwater management at the source, it is imperative to support actors in the development of the territory, via the exemplarity of the public authorities: the municipalities, & CPAS and the regional developers (BM, Stib, BE) in the implementation ofThese actions. Several of these actors are engaged in the process, but need expertise type support. The proposal is to make an expertise available to these actors to facilitate the transition to action on existing work (Quickwins Giep audits) or existing arrangements(Diagnosis of problems). This imperative is all the more important in a constrained environment as we know it within the RBC where waterproofing surfaces induce significant runoff and also other linked issues such as heat islets, a concentration of thePollution, etc.
