Description:
The work mainly consists in the execution of an intervention program defined annually on the basis of the watercourse visits provided for in article Art. R. 61 of the water code. This program is transmitted during the month of December with the first order of start by the powerAdjudicator to the contractor. The work is carried out gradually and continuously throughout the year, depending on the seasons, weather conditions and access to adjacent private land. This mode of execution requires that the contractor put theStaff and the equipment necessary for the contracting authority without interruption for the duration of the market. The execution of the work relating to this market takes place as follows: when it considers that the conditions of work execution are met, the powerAdjudicator transmits to the contractor, by email, a order (s) to start the written work, which will specify (have) place (s) and the nature of the work to be carried out, the phasing of the various interventions according to the season, as well as the period of execution ofeach phases in working days. This period will take short at least 15 days of calendar after sending the start of the start.
