- Takeover and recycling of all fire extinguishers from the Sicli company, as well as providing 2,862 fire extinguishers per year of the type of powder/foam/CO2 in all buildings of the public and private patrimony of the OCMW of the city of Brussels, mainly located on the territory of the Brussels -Capital Region.
As a counterweight for the payment of the premiums, the contractor undertakes to ensure the maintenance of the installations once a year, by specialized staff, that is:
• To have the fire extinguishers check annually by a specialized inspector;
• replace the reformed devices for wear or construction error;
• replace all worn or defective accessories;
• Free, relocation, including the reloading of the devices used on fire;
• to redeest the CO2 bottles according to the regulations of art 359 of the general regulations on labor protection and the Federal Public Service Employment, Labor and Social Consultation (the retesting of the fire extinguishers CO2 includes: sandblasting, painting, decalcomania, standard change of the crane);
• Replenest the bottles with CO2 after this retest fill.
A report of the check will be handed over with every performance.
