- This public contract aims to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier in the field of the rental and construction of two event stands (rental, branding production, installation, logistical and technical organization), so that the National Lottery can have access to an infrastructure that is as efficient as possible and as modular as possible for its various actions in Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels. The assignment concerns two identical stands (stand 1 and stand 2) in standard modular structures of the sea container type (or similar). On some days there are events that overlap.
