- The city of Waregem wishes to rent the Christmas lighting in the center streets of the city and its boroughs for a period of 3 years (end -of -year periods 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028) with the possibility to extend it once tacitly with one year (end -of -year period 2028/2029).
Current assignmentembraces the development of a concept that is present in the streets for three to four end -of -year periods, but offers such flexibility that a different accent can be placed annually. In other words, the whole must look slightly different every year, but it must beStaying faithful to the assigned concept.
In the assignment, the annual application and dismantling of the lighting is included, as well as the maintenance and any repairs (with intervention contract incl. SLA times).
The assignment is limited to a maximum of 145,000.00 euros excl. VAT per year(All-in).
