The market includes the rental, placement and removal of Illuminations for the end of year celebrations in the city center of Arlon.
The tenderer will have to offer decorations according to the location taken up in Chapter III.3 and for a maximum annual amount of € 95,000 VVAC (MargeFrom 5% admitted), the desired illuminations are either crosspieces with existing anchor points and mentioned in point III.3, or elements to install on facades, on lighting post, on trees or on the ground.
