The subject of the market relates to the rental and maintenance of 21 copiers (divided into 2 lots) for the municipal services and the CPAS, for a period of 4 years taking lessons from the delivery of copiers. Lot 1: City Social Action Service/Population: 2 Copiers Teaching color: 6 copiers Color Score: 1 Copier Color Academies: 2 Copiers Color Library: 1 Copier Color Administrative Services: 5 Copiers Color Printing: 1 Black/White Copier Lot 2: CPAS: 3 Copiers - Color The market includes: - Delivery, full installation and commissioning, preventive and planned maintenance (at least, an annual review site), repair, as well as all the accessories that allow the perfect operation; - the supply of all consumables with the exception of paper and staples; - staff training and assistance in the event of issue. Additional copiers may be added to this contract and this in the conditions of this market, the calculation of the rent will be made taking into account the amount of investment and the number of months remaining. Copiers must meet the minimum technical requirements described in CHAPTER 3. Subseignees can also provide additional options in their offer compared to minimum technical requirements.
