- Zorgbedrijf Meetjesland aims to build a new WZC ter Caele. Start of the works is provided on 01.08.2026. Prior to the side aisle of the old residential care center in which the reception, the cafeteria and kitchen are housed, must be broken down to make way for the site zone for the New construction. Due to the demolition of the current kitchen area, we foresee that the meals for the retirement home residents, residents service flats and the adjacent service center are supplied warmly from WZC ten Oudenvoorde to the rear of the current WZC ter Caele. The duration of the rental of the units is therefore estimated at 32 months (from 01/02/2026 to 30/09/2028)
