- The original wing of the Keienhof residential care center was built in 1989. Due to wear, the state of the roof is such that rain and melt water penetrates into various rooms and the entrance desk. As a result, several rooms are not rentable. A renovation of the roof is urgent. The contract includes roofing on a flat roof according to the descriptions in the specifications. The adoption includes the execution of all works stated or described in the burden book, in accordance with the terms and conditions and the teachings and regulations of the leading architect. Moreover, the contractor understands his price, all deliveries and works that are not explicitly included in the description, but that are necessary. He must take the state of the construction site on site when preparing his quotation.
