- Concerns working on the open -air swimming pool “De Molen” in the Left Bank, Wandeldijk 40, 2050 Antwerp. The reason for the works include, among other things; Technical defects on the buffer tank, a worn coating of the swimming pool tub, leaks on the foot bath, damage to the concrete structure and a non-regulatory release zone for swimming pool chemicals. These technical works are urgent and necessary to prevent a closure of the swimming pool. In addition, adornment and embellishment works on the outer facade and the entrance zone are performed to improve the appearance and ease of use of the swimming pool. The focus of the assignment is on the technical aspect, and keeping the swimming pool open with a scope of 10 years.
