The assignment includes the redesign / renovation, including renewal of the technical installations of three office floors into a district police station of the local police zone Leuven Center. The works include: - Construction work, including installation ofn non-load-bearing interior walls, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, interior joinery, etc. - Technical installations: heating, ventilation, data, electricity, fluids. - Permanent furnishings: bulletproof counter, kitchen, sanitary facilities, system walls and meeting cabins o Site visit Mandatory under penalty of notidiness.
