This market is a work market which includes the execution of the following work (general description of the work to be carried out): the object of the market is the realization of work relating to the transformation and renovation of the site of the works department and living environment from Fontaine-l'Evêque. Description of the work to be carried out: - Partial demolition - Reconstruction of a floor. - Renovation of the DRC. - Renovation of the exterior envelope - Renovation of special techniques - Wall insulation. - Interior fittings (partitions/electricity) - Heating and ventilation installation.
