Object of the work: Renovation of special techniques of the Hornu Lovery Comment: The Epicura Hospital Center plans to replace the washing tunnel (industrial dishwasher) located at the kitchens on the ground floor of the Hornu site. Replacing this equipment Requires adaptations of completions (having been the subject of a preliminary and specific market) but also of special techniques in the area. The market consists of a single lot on the work of special techniques: • Supply and installation of a new GP/GE group serving the Zone • Disastents of ventilation, sanitary and heating elements • Implementation of new ventilation ducts and new mouths • Adaptation of power supply and evacuations of the washing tunnel • Small electrical work • ... Important Note: The Award for this market will have to ensure good coordination with the co-transit company in charge of completing the completions in the same area (annex market).
