This market is a work market relating to the renovation of roofs of the SPW-Mi site (Department of Structures and Geotechnical Experts) located on rue Côte d'Or, 253-4000 Liège Le Marché is divided into 3 lots (distribution per building)- See point 4th work consists in particular:- the dismantling and evacuation of technical equipment (solar panels, air conditioning, etc.);- the preparation of the support, including the evacuation of the elements of protection of the asphaltic membranes (gravel , concrete slabs, etc.) and the adaptation of cheneaux;- the installation of a new asphaltic sealing complex (2 layers);- the adaptation of the rainwater descent. From finishes and roof equipment made necessary by this work; the list of the above work is not exhaustive, the detail of the work is resumed in the technical clauses and the sistapulating annexed to this special specifications of the expenses.
