• Description:
• The work market consists of replacing the coatings of dilapidated roofs and the improvement of thermal insulation in order to achieve the 2050 regional PEB objectives. The various buildings concerned by the roofing renovation market are in the municipalities of Saint-Gilles and Forest. The buildings concerned have flat roofs (bituminous coating) or sloping roofs (slates or tiles). The attic of sloping roofs are accessible and uninhabited. Some are occupied by technical equipment such as condensing boilers (site Van Caulaert). The interventions described in the technical specifications arise from the state of degradation of each roof, noted during the campaigns of observations and surveys. The ambition of the work market is the restoration of roofs while improving energy performance in order to improve the comfort of the inhabitants. The work will take place in inhabited environments. However, the work should mainly focus on outdoor or unoccupied areas, such as attic or common areas. It is nevertheless imperative that all The necessary measures to reduce nuisance towards tenants.
