Description:
The objective of the market is to renovate an office area located in building B44 on the Liège airport site. The work will take place in a highly strategic active office building. The current offices must be re-equipped (Elec-Lumari/Sanitaires/Data/HVAC), partitioned, completion and provided with certain elements of fixed furniture (P.E. Kitchenette). The current premises are dilapidated and partially purged of certain completions and technical and constructive elements. The market includes finishing the removal of certain technical elements and the demolitions requested. The market includes securing the premises and organizing the installation of the site so as not to disrupt activity in the building. The offices are located in secure airside and it is necessary to obtain specific access (see article III.14). Compulsory site visit before tender: see article II.6 of the special specifications of the charges under penalty of nullity of its offer, the tenderer is required to make a compulsory site visit before submission of offer.
