Description:
This purchase order contract relates to renovation work around occupied housing throughout our company's assets (see detailed description in the technical clauses and items of the quantity survey). Two successful bidders will be designated, one as being the main successful bidder (1st ranked) and the other as being the subsidiary successful bidder (2nd ranked) in the event of failure of the main successful bidder (see method detailed in point 5). In the event that the successful bidder ranked 1st is unable to secure an order, the awarder will contact the winner ranked 2nd and entrust him with the order. This contract is a works contract within the meaning of article 2, 18°, of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public contracts. As part of this contract, La Sambrienne wishes to fight against social dumping and social fraud (see appendix D to the CSC). Category (CPV code): Building completion work (45400000)
