Description:
Work market aimed at improving the Place du Nord Michel Levie in Charleroi. The work is carried out on a type IIIA network. The attention of the entrepreneur is drawn to the fact that it is work on a municipal place, surrounded by homes. The market has two phases, each having its own period and amount: demolition of the Saint-Eloi church (30 days) and development of Place Levie (300 days). The market also includes: • the demolition of the Saint-Eloi church; • The removal of all existing road coverings; • execution trenches, strokes, demolition of foundations, the evacuation of excess materials outside the site in a place constituted by an approved discharge or a recycling center; • all the necessary transport and the evacuation, apart from the dependencies of the road, of the excessive lands, sludge, all waste, materials and objects to come from dismantages, demolitions and non -reusable as well as their discharge according to the prescriptions of the R.W. circular of February 23, 1995 and/or the AGW Terres of 05/07/2018; • the execution of new chests and new coatings; • the supply and installation of all urban furniture; • the establishment of road signaling and marking; • The removal of existing avorction and the supply, installation and connecting of new avalosions; • The reshuffle of coatings, borders and water nets of rout...
