Description:
This market is a work market which includes the execution of the following work (general description of the work to be carried out): extension and energy renovation of the Racour school. The renovation works consist in the insulation of the walls (walls, ventilated empty, ceilings), theReplacement of roof covers, adding a heat pump and double-flag ventilation. The facade materials are revised. The red-orange shade brick is replaced by a light gray shade briquette. The red shade chassis are replaced by shade chassisLight blue, RAL 5015. The beige shade fibro-cement panels are replaced by a bluish shade zinc coating. The gross area of the existing school is 1076.21 m2. Renovation of a municipal school and construction of an extension The extension increases the gross area of the school28 m2. The objective is to enlarge the existing nap room to comply with the regulations in force. The new nap room will have an area of 40m2. The volume of the extension respects the preexisting volume (volume of "appearance" type). Facade materials are identicalto the materials used when renovating existing parts.
