- This contract is a works contract which includes the execution of the following works (general description of the work to be carried out): Extension and energy renovation of the Racour school. The extension increases the gross surface area of the school by 28 m². The objective is to expand the existing nap room to comply with current regulations. The new nap room will have an area of 40m². The volume of the extension respects the pre-existing volume (lean-to type volume). There The facade is covered with gray autoclaved wood cladding installed with joint covering. The renovation work mainly consists of the insulation of the basement, the installation of photovoltaic panels, fire compartmentation and the replacement of false ceilings and lighting fixtures of certain classes, with insulation of the false ceilings and installation of air conditioners. The work described above is not exhaustive. The details of the work are included in the technical clauses and the attached summary measurement. to the special specifications. It is expressly stipulated that the contractor must carry out the work according to the rules of the art.
