Description:
This market is a work market which includes the execution of the following work (general description of the work to be carried out): the renovation of the municipal administration of Stoumont. Including: • Demolition of the entrance airlock (block D) and reconstruction of it in isolated wood frame with wooden cladding. This operation is necessary in order to resolve the thermal insulation issues of this block, the integration of a new PMR access and the creation of suitable sanitary facilities. New joinery and new finishes for this space. • Complete renovation of all the roofs (dismantling, insulation, new coverage or sealing, interior finishes, gutters and water descents, replacement of velux) • Insulation of all the facades of annex volumes and gables by the Exterior with a wooden facing for annexes and slates for gables. • Insulation of the cellar ceiling • Implementation of a regulation for heating • Implementation of a ventilation system with heat recovery • Installation of a photovoltaic installation • Creation of fire -resistant partitions for the boiler room and access ...
