Description:
Renovation of multi-purpose hall Erps-Kwerps where the works must be carried out according to the steps and phasing below:
Phase 1: sub-assignment 1 and 2
Part assignment 1:
- The board intends to start the phase of sub-assignment 1 on May 1, 2026;
- Subsequent works can be foreseen with the sports hall with all facilities required by the specifications remains in use;
o Layout of the site zone (see site layout plan in the appendix);
o Demolition of former Chiro storage facilities (technical rooms at the front and left rear remain in use);
o Securing utility connections (or site connection): ventilation group remains in use during this phase with a temporary heating installation to be supplied during the heating season from October 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027. Installing and maintaining existing and temporary techniques that are necessary for normal use of the sports hall falls under the responsibility of the contractor;
o Installation of temporary entrance, container changing rooms and sanitary facilities on the left (see site layout plan);
o Installation of temporary sandwich walls on the inside of the hall side of the changing rooms/kitchen so that the hall can remain heated and ventilated in use (VC risk analysis, evacuation/fire safety);
o Demolition/renovation/construction of changing rooms, kitchen, multipurpose room (rear and right side);
o Installation of new technical room.
Part assignment 2:
- The board intends to complete phase 1 of sub-assignments 1 and 2 on October 31, 2027;
