• Renovation of multi-purpose hall Erps-Kwerps where the works must be carried out according to the steps and phasing below:

  of sports hall with all facilities required by the specifications remains in use;

  site connection): ventilation group remains in use during this phase with a temporary heating installation to be supplied during the heating season from October 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027. Installing and maintaining existing and temporary techniques that are necessary for normal use of the sports hall falls under the responsibility of the contractor;
  Installation of temporary sandwich walls inside the hall side of the changing rooms/kitchen so that the hall can remain heated and in use ventilated (VC risk analysis, evacuation/fire safety);
