Description:
The subject of the present Assignment concerns the complete realization of the renovation of the housing of the Business, Digital and SyntraPXL courses and the new construction of a BusinessHub for Hogeschool PXL in Hasselt, on the site at Elfde-Liniestraat 26, 3500 Hasselt with ca.dastral number: Hasselt 3 Dept. C317a2 and with NUTS code: BE221 Arr. Hasselt.
The realization of the project (i.e. both the Design Work and the Construction Work for the realization of the Infrastructure) will be worked in a Construction Team. The Client thus expressly agreesor a model aimed at collaboration in which the Contractor is involved at an earlier than usual stage. This should lead to a smoother implementation process of the entire project.
