This market concerns: The complete replacement of the cold and domestic water distribution network, with the creation of new rising columns apparent. The realling of each accommodation (EF and DHW), with the implementation of individual coordination meters with Techem. The compliance ofBoiler room: Move the DHW interchange, installation of a buffer tank, replacement of the softener, partitioning of the tarpaulin, new regulation of the circuits. The implementation of an efficient regulation system, incorporating motorized valves, slippery temperature management,and cascade regulation of boilers. A close consultation with the services of the Dinantaise and the tenants is expected. The overall execution time is set at 180Calendar days, with a maximum of 20 days per spray for housing interventions.
