- The project concerns the renovation of the Ham-sur-Sambre village hall. This renovation consists in improving the energy performance of the building by insulating the facades, the floor slab, the floor of the attic, flat roofs, and by replacing exterior joinery,... Thermal bridges will be avoided as much as possible and the air tightness will be ensured. A new heating system (CAP) and double flow ventilation will also be installed. Photovoltaic panels will be placed on the slope roof. Level 0.00 will be raised by +/- 12cmDue to the insulation of the floor slab. The room will be made accessible to people with reduced mobility: the main access will be reworked via a slight access ramp. The volumes of the annexes located at the rear of the building will be modified. The rump roof and the single roofsside will be deposited. A flat roof is privileged on all annexes in order to simplify reading. The annexes will be slightly extended to redevelop the toilets: a PMR toilet will be fitted out.
