- For lot 1 aimed at the renovation of the gas boiler room of the secondary education establishment, the work is intended: to dismantle the old boiler room; To provide and place two new gas condensation boilers on floor of 500 kW each in 80 °/60 ° C regimen with integrated burner; To make a new departure/return collector; To tuber the new boilers; To carry out the high and low ventilation of the boiler room; To make a new regulation with a new electrical panel H.V.A.C. (Te HVAC - Equipment and programming included); To install a central gas; To make the PEB reception Type II installation and the reception of the electrical installation of the boiler room.
