Renovation of the fundamental school of Ocquier
The purpose of this contract market is all supplies, transportation, labor and any means necessary for the implementation of the following work: 1. Replacement of all the chassis of the North facade. Replacement of chassis with simple glazing and non-compliant frames on other facades.2. Replacement of roofing chips and some descent pipes.3. Thermal insulation of the North facade, thermal insulation of ceilings, soil insulation of sanitary. 4. Compartmentalization of the stairwell by laying RF doors. Installation of a smoke existence. Placement of a relief staircase.5. Replacement of sanitary + partitioning + floor tile and drip .6. Replacing the existing oil boiler with a propane gas boiler as well as gas tank, circulator, control, thermostatic valves and modification of the locations of some radiators7. Compliance of the electrical installation and lighting fixtures.8. Installation of dual flow ventilation9. Installation of containers replacing 3 premises and a sanitary room unavailable during the work ....
