Renovation file Old Town Hall from Houwaart to IBO & Scoutslokalen + Construction Outdoor Space The aforementioned assignment Relates to the Energetic Renovation with Limited Expansion The existing design of out -of -school care in the old town hall of Houwaart and the re -conditioning of the classrooms used by the local scouts association in a part of the building including the reconstruction of the accompanying outdoor space. In consultation with the Contractor Architecture, strict site planning is worked out for the start of the works and this planning also includes the secondary accessings of the other plots. By registering, the contractor of plot 01 acknowledges that he takes into account possible periods in the implementation and his price quotation that suspend the implementation period of the present Lot to give the ancillary contractors sufficient time to also get their share in the total of the renovation to a successful conclusion to bring. The tenderer cannot request compensation or claim additional work on the basis of these possible suspensions.
