Explanation: The assignment concerns the execution of the renovation works by performing a general contractor at the L4 Faculty building on the Vub Etterbeek campus. The L4 Faculty building is part of the building cluster 'Building L' on the campus of Vub Etterbeek in which mainly theSports facilities have been placed on campus. Among the sports facilities include: the swimming pool, Basic-Fit, two full-fledged sports halls and one combat sports hall. The Faculty building is actually the central junction in the cluster that connects the sub -buildings, wherebySave on the ground floor and 1st floor as an access zone with all necessary supporting functions, and the upper floors in academic use are due to the Faculty of Sports and Movement Sciences such as office, teaching and labor space. The building cluster undergoes today a thorough andPhased renovation that is crucial to guarantee the life of all parts and to eliminate the known defects. In earlier phases the sports halls were already renewed and a new martial arts hall was also added to the building cluster. In the next phase, for which this assignment to workaims to appoint a general contractor if the client wishes to further renovate the faculty building in order to be able to continue to perform his function as a central junction.
