- Preparatory work and project management: -Installation and securing of the site, establishment of a detailed schedule, production of study documents and execution plans. - Carrying out administrative procedures, including receipt of work by an approved organization (SECT) and regulated management of the disposal of construction site waste (sorting, treatment of WEEE). Demolition and removal of existing installations: -Complete dismantling and evacuation of all electrical installations obsolete or non-compliant, including lighting fixtures, switches, distribution boards, wiring and their supports. Complete renovation of the electrical network and control equipment: -Supply and installation of new General Low Switchboards Voltage (TGBT) and Divisional Panels (TD) with their protections, in accordance with the RGIE. -Complete replacement of electrical wiring and plumbing (ducts, conduits). -Supply and installation of all new control equipment: light switches for common areas and dimming systems (dimmable) for lighting in boarding rooms. Compliance and modernization of installations: - Supply and installation of a new compliant cabling system, using exclusively halogen-free materials (LSZH). -Replacement of all power outlets, interior (premises, corridors) and exterior (general and sports) lighting. -Installation...
