- The Ren309 concerns the renovation and modernization of the production of domestic hot water in the Galaxy district-avenue Andromede 1-83, avenue Andromede 2-92, chemin des Deux Maisons 131-191 and avenue du Capricorne 200-238. The aim of the work is to renovate and modernize water productiondomestic domestic which is currently made by accumulation via a main collector supplied with hot water by boilers. A very large quantity of hot water is currently stored in moderately insulated tanks which date from construction (1977), which regularly presentleaks and whose risk of development of legionellosis is difficult to control.
