- AZ Jan Palfijn intends to launch a public tender for the renovation of the day hospital and the pain clinic. The contracted works will be carried out in the hospital building that remains in continuous operation, in particular on the 3rd floor, in and around the operating room, and on the 6th floor, between other nursing departments. The works will be carried out in phases over a period of 1 year. The works include: - some construction works (consisting of demolition works, a new footbridge, subfloors and floors in plastic, light walls including lead protection, ceilings, interior carpentry, fixed furniture, painting, etc.) - part HVAC + - part Electricity - part Sanitary and fire fighting - part Medical gases. Per discipline, a separate tender is organized. With this preliminary announcement, AZ Jan Palfijn wants to inform interested parties in a timely manner about the planned tender (part 'Electricity'), so that they can prepare for participation. This advance notice is for information purposes only. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the content, scope and planning of the contract. No rights can be derived from this announcement. There will be one for this file mandatory site visit will be provided.
