Description:
The assignment includes the works in building F and E0 on the VUB Health Campus in Jette, in addition to the UZ Brussel, the renovation of building F and part of Building E on the ground floor (E0) to Generic Labo Infrastructure for Biotechnical Research. The former animalarium in building F (ca.1200m2) serves To be set up for generic lab infrastructure with edge infrastructure and accompanying office facilities. As a generic infrastructure, both the design and the technical infrastructure must be flexibly adjusted in function of the users changing in time. The project Includes the entire building F and part of building E, ground floor. The object of the assignment is two -fold: * with regard to architecture & design, this quotation demand is an implementation file: the design and the accompanying specifications and measurement states are part of this file and serve as a basis for the quotation for the realization of the works. * with regard to techniques: the design and accompanying specifications and measuring states are not part of this quotation demand. The file for the realization of the techniques is tendered separately. The contractor who registers for this tender, the Architecture file & design, however, is the pilot contractor: the coordination between the Architecture & Furnishing file on the one hand and the files techniques on the other is part of his assignment.
