- This market consists of the renovation and securing of flat roofs of the purification stations of the Lasne valley in Rosières and de Louvain-la-Neuve, by withdrawal, evacuation and cleaning of the previous coating (gravel/bitumen), then installation of a new coverage which will support a installation of photovolta panels on weighted supports, and placement of safety devices. This market is divided into sections: • Farm edge: market tranche 1 renovation and securing of flat roofs of the Lasne valley treatment plant (Sise Rue de Tombek, 30, 1331 Rosières) and Louvain-la-Neuve (Sise Rue de deep, 1, 1435 Mont-Saint-Guibert). • Conditional tranche: market tranche 2 renovation of the roof ‘steel bac- in rosières if and only if the stability ratio is favorable to the installation of photovoltaic panels. In which case a simple replacement of the ‘light well- parts with an extension of the steel tank is requested.
