- Object of the works: "Demolition of a multi-storey parking garage of a sports and club facilities pool" in the Peterbos Park. In accordance with Article 57 ยง1 of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement, for budgetary reasons the contract is split intoseven hard drive and a conditional drive with options. Each tenderer is obliged to submit a quotation for the entirety of the installments that constitute the contract and undertakes through his quotation to execute the entirety of the installments of the contract, while the contracting partyThe government is only connected for the hard drive. The conditional installments will be realized on the condition that the contracting authority obtains the necessary budgets for the works. The execution of each conditional installment depends on a decision by the contracting authority oinformation that is communicated to the contractor in writing after the conclusion of the assignment. This assignment concerns the request for quotation for the refurbishment, redevelopment and redesign of the priority public spaces in the Peterbos Park in 1070 Anderlecht. In a second, separate offeringUpon request, the refurbishment and redesign of the secondary public spaces will also be the subject of a request for quotation.
