Description:
The purpose of this market is to renovate and develop the administrative premises of Intradel, located port of Herstal, Pré Wigy 20 to 4040 Herstal. During the work, the site in its current configuration will only be partially closed. The intermunicipal staff will therefore continue to operate part of the site during the work. Before establishing his price offer, the entrepreneur will have to visit the premises in order to measure the importance and the situation of the works to be carried out. By this fact, the entrepreneur will not be able to claim any supplement resulting from poor perception of the work. The organization of work, the supply of materials, the execution of the works will take into account the occupation of the site and will limit, to their minimum, noise, dust and other nuisances. The tenderer undertakes to take measures to reduce the environmental impact of the site (methodological note to be drawn up, see article 87- Assignment criteria, of this special specifications).
