Description:
The file concerns a single lot works contract relating to the renovation operation and fitting out of science rooms on the ground floor and first floor of building B (rooms B003-004-005 and room B102 ) from the Jean Monnet French high school in Brussels. The work includes renovationflooring and false ceilings / lighting, replacement of existing doors to allow accessibility for PRMs, demolition of two partitions and construction of a new partition in order to redefine two rooms (B003-004 / B005) . They also include the adaptation of the installationsexisting electrical and data connections as well as sanitary connections (replacement of "wet pads" and furniture). On the 1st floor, the work includes the renovation of floors and false ceilings/lighting, the replacement of existing doors to allow accessibility for PRMs, the integrationration of tailor-made furniture and the adaptation of existing electrical and data installations. The operation includes demolitions: - dismantling and evacuation of all existing suspended false ceilings (mineral slabs and plasterboard types), - dismantling and evacuation of ceiling blocksexisting plinths (see plan/marking and measurements) for replacement with new door sets, - dismantling of existing plinths with a view to replacing them with wooden plinths to be painted, after installation of the new floor covering. The operation includes adjustments: - creation of cloisons lightweight plasterboard, - supply and installation of a new linoleum floor covering on existing screed/installation of a fine leveling board, supply and installation of new wooden plinths to be painted. - supply and installation of new suspended ceilings in 60x60 cm mineral slab with lightingintegrated LED panels, - adaptation of the lighting and electrical circuits according to the installation of the new partitions and the specific furniture which will be supplied by the MO, - supply and installation of new solid door units to be painted.
