Following the floods that affected the region, the project aims to renovate the existing building and create an additional space on the ground floor by building a brick annex on a level. This extension will be connected to the retaining wall of the neighboring building, erected after The demolition of the annexes present on the plot, and will be integrated harmoniously into the outdoor space. The development of this outdoor space will take into account the Vesdrienne project, which directly impacts the site. The Vesdrienne project aims to create a 51 km cyclostrade connecting Nessonvaux On the German border, crossing 11 Walloon municipalities, including Verviers. This cycle path will highlight the region's landscape and industrial heritage, while promoting soft mobility and environmental protection.
