- This market is a work market (2 lots) which includes the execution of the following work: renovation and compliance of the sports infrastructure of the Gestive Livestock and Riding School. This includes work in all the volumes of the CCTB, with various demolitions (including asbestos), punctually earthmoving, drainage, masonry, concrete, the creation of wooden platforms (roof and floor), roof (cover/frame), exterior joinery (chassis to be replaced and stalling), interior finishes (partitions, furniture) Technical installations (electricity, heating, sanitary, ventilation, photovoltaic), paintings, as well as the creation of an interior ride. The work described above is not exhaustive. The details of the work is resumed in the technical clauses and the summary sistapper annexed to the special specifications. The company is warned that the town planning permit is awaiting granting and that upon receipt, it will be provided to it.
