• This CSC concerns the complete renovation of the air conditioning installations at the Monceau Data Center. The services provided are as follows (non-exhaustive list): Preliminary services · Supply of a complete execution file (including studies) to be validated before the start of execution, on the basis of the technical note which is submitted at the start of construction, and this CSC. · Carrying out procedures and checks with the various contractors, firefighters, etc. Disassembly ·Dismantling and disposal of all old equipment (equipment, ducts, wiring, various materials, etc.) which are no longer useful/functional or which are renewed within the framework of this contract (including accessories, fixings, etc.). ·This dismantling station concerns heating, air conditioning, LV electrical installations relating to heating and air conditioning (power supply of equipment, etc.) · This dismantling station also includes the leveling of surfaces in a ready-to-use state. to paint. ·The various dismantled elements may, at the request of the Project Owner, be recovered.
