- In order to stay completely in line with ICAO Appendix 17 and IATA resolution 753, BAC wishes to launch a tender for delivery, implementation, hosting, and support of a new BR (M) S (luggage reconciliation and management system) application. The application should be hosted locally, in other words BAC is not looking for a SaaS solution. The contract provides for a term of 3 years, and is renewed twice with a year each. This assignment only relates to the application, not the accompanying hardware (scanners, physical servers, printers, etc.). Scope: contract for the delivery and implementation of a luggage reconciliation and management system on Brussels Airport, which is used for and by all passengers airlines and their passenger and luggage handling companies that are operational at Brussels Airport.
