Brussels Airport uses various telecommunications networks to ensure smooth operations and to deal with unforeseen situations:
BAC network (for internal use of BAC)
Telecom Commercial Network (for use within the airport community)
Trunking network (for operational group communications)
The following services should be included in the new agreement:
LAN: local network services and cabling
WAN: connections between airport buildings
WiFi: indoor and outdoor WiFi services integrated into BAC's radio frequency planning
Internet accessg
Fixed telephone services and unified communication (incl. integration with Teams)
SMS gateway: automated sending of SMS that can be accessed via the internet or can be linked to other software
The following service must be added to the service catalogue:
Secure connectivity: boAdditional security services are offered on the network to guarantee the normality of Brussels Airport.
