- Renovation of the insurance portfolio of the municipality of Evere, the OCMW of Evere and the vzw "'t Hoevetje".
The assignment is divided into the following plots:
Plot 1 various insurance policies (outside hospitalization and guaranteed wage) "
plot 2" Insurance "guaranteed wage" "
the tenderers canSubmit a quotation for one of or for both plots (law of 17 June 2016, art. 58). In order for a quotation for the first parcel to be valid, it must include all insurance policies of that parcel. The plots can be awarded to different tenderers. The tenderers reservenot to grant the right for one of the or both plots. It has been decided not to split the first parcel, so as not to multiply the number of insurance partners of the tenderers after the award of this assignment. Since every insurer has its own method to the damage filesTo be treated, has his own interface, etc. the multiplication of the number of insurers would lead to a non-vental complexity for the tenderers. The plot formed by the "guaranteed wage" insurance is split off because it turned out during a previous assignmentThat some insurance companies offer all desired polytypes except the "guaranteed wage" insurance.
The possibility of price discount referred to in Article 50 of the aforementioned Royal Decree of 18 April 2017 is excluded for this assignment.
